02 / Autonomous task implementation

From task
to implementation.

A Trello board that moves work forward. AI agents implement what they can, bring evidence to review and involve the right people when they need help.

Explore each part of the workflow.

The friction

Small tasks.
A long queue.

Chores and slow-moving tickets compete with the work that needs the team’s expertise. A board can capture all of it, but someone still has to interpret each request, make the change and coordinate the handoff.

Work recorded. Progress still waiting.

What I built

Autonomous execution.
Accountable handoffs.

Scheduled agents connect board activity to the codebase, using their own ledgers and knowledge of implementation status. They deliver tested changes for human review, or leave context and route the task to its owner.

Implementation, evidence and the next person connected.

The system

Pick up work. Know when to hand it back.

An illustrative walkthrough. Advance through the work, then explore either handoff.

Trello activity

Read the board

Agents run on tight schedules, checking new cards, comments and movement between columns. The board stays the team's place to describe and coordinate work.

What changed

More production. More room for expertise.

Chores move faster.

The workflow has dramatically sped up production, especially on routine work and tickets that are slow or lengthy to implement.

Review arrives with proof.

The Trello card brings together the merge request, visual evidence and a clear QA handoff for a human reviewer.

People keep the important work.

Experts retain the fun and important work. Uncertain tasks are directed to them with context instead of being pushed through blindly.

Next use case

From signals to strategy.

Connect product signals and team knowledge to an evidence-backed next move.
